Black and White
The Story:
Black and White comes from living between two worlds that no longer speak the same language. One where choices carry weight, where actions have consequences, where silence or movement can change everything. And another where words are spent endlessly, accountability is diluted, and nothing said is ever truly owned.
This song is about the frustration of watching people lie without cost, posture without risk, and trade responsibility for noise. Of seeing conflict reduced to opinion, outrage without action, and cruelty without consequence. Especially online, where words are thrown freely by people who never have to stand behind them. It is not nostalgia for violence, nor a rejection of progress. It is a rejection of moral outsourcing.
Black and White isn’t about wanting the world to be simpler. It’s about knowing that it already is... If you’re willing to live with what you do. Where I come from, you acted and you paid. There was no crowd to hide in, no argument to soften the result. This song draws that line and leaves it standing. Not as a threat. As a fact.
The Lyrics:
There was a line,
It stood so still.
No one could cross,
No one ever will.
I lived where answers never bend,
Where the night would never end.
You either walked the solid ground,
Or you were lost without a sound...
No names were called from far away,
No second chance, no price to pay.
The hand that made the final choice,
Left no room for any voice.
I lived where choices had a cost,
Where silence meant you crossed.
You live where words just fade away,
And debts are never fully paid...
I've seen men talk in endless turns,
Till truth was gone and nothing burns.
I've watched the guilt pass hand to hand,
Till no one left could take a stand.
In the old place blood ran deep,
Now the weight won't let you sleep.
Shared so no one feels the pain,
Nothing lost and nothing gained.
I lived where choices had a cost,
Where silence meant you crossed.
You live where words just fade away,
And debts are never fully paid.
